WHO IS LESLIE ARNELLE

In 2005 Leslie Arnelle started as a fashion styling service

catering to individuals and corporate clients.  We

have since expanded our services to include fashion

photography and an online fashion boutique.

The vision of Leslie Arnelle is a highly regarded fashion

brand.

The creative force behind Leslie Arnelle is Leslie A. Bray. 

Inspired and motivated by the passion, innovation and

art of fashion Leslie created her own universe within                            

fashion through Leslie Arnelle.  She is currently working

on obtaining space for Leslie Arnelle, growing the

brand, developing her craft in photography, and giving

back to her community through Bread for the City

located in Washington, DC.

PAYMENT

Placing an order is easy and secure at Leslie Arnelle. We

accept all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is

the simplest and safest way to make a payment online. 

You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment,

simply select "Don't have a PayPal account" and follow

the instructions.

DELIVERY

We make every effort to get your parcel to you within

2-5 working days of the shipping date. Most orders ship

same day. If you have not received your order within 10

working days, please contact us at:

Currently we are not accepting International Orders.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for items lost

or damaged in the post.  All orders will be dispatched within

1-3 working days of placing your order. Once the order has

been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
 

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your

purchase, we will make it easy for you to exchange or

return item(s) within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Merchandise must be unworn/unused, in original condition

and it must include the original invoice with RMN in order

to receive a refund or exchange.  All returns past 14 days

will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. 

Please include your order details and reason for the return.  

We regret that we cannot refund the delivery cost for your

item once posted.  The customer is eligible for the return

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order

within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays, by email to
customerservice@lesliearnelle.com or calling us at 202.281.5602.

If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to

us in the original shipping package if the merchandise is

unworn/unused, unwashed and undamaged in accordance

with our return policy.

CHARITY

In 2008 Leslie Arnelle teamed up with a wonderful charity

organization, Bread for the City and created the Leslie Arnelle

"Live Well & Live Fabulous" Giveaway.  Every month we award                            

a restaurant gift card for two, movie gift card, event tickets,

grocery store or retail gift card with two smart trip cards to a                          

few people in their direct service programs on a weekly basis.

The goal of the Leslie Arnelle "Live Well & Live Fabulous"

Giveaway is to uplift the people of Bread for the City who

frequently come from abused or struggling homes that need

to be shown that life can be lived well if you just don't give up.
