All online orders are securely accepted of payment via PayPal. 


Unfortunately we do not restock most of our items.  However, some popular items will be brought back to our online store.  Please email with an item number/product name to confirm availability.



Confirmations are sent via email within 1 hour when

  1. your order has been received or

  2. your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.


If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your email spam filter.  Make sure that you select as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.



All online orders are shipped via USPS First Class and USPS Priority. 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only.  Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from the order date.  Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.  Delivery of item(s) shipped usually arrives within 5 - 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.  Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.


We are not held responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such, we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company. 


The following Return Policy applies to online purchases made through

  1. All sales of accessories (including jewelry), bags, kimonos, flower wall panels and items marked as sale are final. FINAL SALES and items marked as sale cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. 

  2. In the case of the wrong item shipped we have the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.


Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all (if any) tags attached.  Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of shipped date.  Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.


Your order will include an invoice and return form.  On your Return Form, check off the item(s) you wish to return and list the return reason code(s).  Please mail the merchandise to our Online Returns address for a refund in the original form of payment used for the purchase.  At this time prepaid return labels are not available.  Return shipping is non-refundable. 


Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).  Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received a defective, or wrong item(s).

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


Exchanges by mail are only processed for defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed on your Return Form.  In addition, please specify the defective or wrong item(s) on the Return Form.  Upon receipt of your return, our Online Exchange/Returns Department will inspect your merchandise.  If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section.  We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available.  If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
